A cozy weekend in a beautiful setting to relax, restore and repair our relationships with food and body shape.

 

January 27 - 29, 2023

Richmond, VA

Together, we will explore the psycho/social/spiritual aspects of weight and body shape, the sources (including capitalism and white supremacy), that have resulted in the painful beliefs we hold about our weight and “health”, our worth and identity. 

 

Participants will be asked to explore their histories with their bodies, as well as their current thoughts, feelings, and ideas about their bodies. 

 

Through gentle movement, stillness, connection, sharing, and energetic healing, we will support each other in being more spacious, more loving, and more honest in relating to our own bodies and the bodies of others. 

 

Leaving our weekend together, participants will have solid tools to continue to manifest peace, freedom, and sanity in their relationships with food and body shape.

 

 

This weekend together also offers:

·       Meditation for connecting with one’s inner peace 

·       Daily yoga for rejuvenation, cleansing, and resiliency

·       Meditation for connecting with one’s inner peace

·       Delicious, locally-sourced, meals for vibrant health

·       Time in the beautiful natural environment of central Virginia, including hiking trails and outdoor spaces to enjoy

·       The support of a loving community, a network of like-minded people mutually helping one another realize their fullest potential

 

 

TUITION: $350 

ACCOMMODATIONS, MEALS, & SNACKS:

-private room with private bath: $390

-shared room with private bath: $245 (this price is per person, these rooms are for two friends or family members who sign up together, there are limited number of double occupancy rooms)
